The Office of Human Resources have received numerous emails concerning issues when completing the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 training.
The Office of Human Resources has been in touch with BizLibrary and have confirmed that the Title VI training from SUNY is not quite compatible with BizLibrary. In working with BizLibrary they have provided screenshots and tips for completing the Title VI training. These tips are below.
Tip #1: Please remember to use FireFox as your browser when completing any BizLibrary training.
Tip#2: When launching the course, The Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 you HAVE to keep ALL of the pop-up windows open. When you select ‘launch’ on the course, two pop up windows will pop up. One pop-up window is the course you will watch and the other window is a white pop-up window; in this pop-up window you will see ‘Your course has loaded in a pop-up window. Please do not close the window or you might lose your ability to track your progress.’ You HAVE to keep this window open for your course to track your progress and mark complete at the end. If you do not keep all windows open, it will not track your progress and you will have to restart again until you keep all the windows open.
Attached you will find an example on what you need to keep open when completing the Title VI training.

Tip #3: If you have tried this method when completing your Title VI training, please put a ticket in with BizLibrary directly. BizLibrary will schedule a time to meet with you, share your screen and verify that all needed pop ups are open and ensure the training can be completed.
