Omni Housing Development LLC is progressing on planning for the proposed student apartment complex at the location of the Hy Rosenblum Administration Center site.
Omni is reviewing plans regarding common spaces in the proposed apartment complex and is asking the Hudson Valley Community College community to share ideas regarding these sections of the building. An overview of the total project will put these spaces into proper perspective.
Representatives of Omni will be at Hudson Valley Community College to receive input from members of the campus community on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 from noon until 2:00 p.m. in Bulmer Telecommunications Center auditorium.
