Physical Plant will be offering training in its work order training that allows you to complete and submit requests for work to be performed by Physical Plant right from your computer.
This system is user friendly and employees on campus have reported that they like the system very much. Those already familiar with the system may also attend to have a “refresher” session.
The training classes will be held in BTC 1033 today at the following times:
10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
10:45 – 11:15 a.m.
2 – 2:30 p.m.
2:45 – 3:15 p.m.
Please contact Tina Maloney at extension 7356 or via e-mail (t.maloney@hvcc.edu) to sign up for one of these sessions. The Work Order System requiers a user ID and password that is different than your e-mail name and password. Please contact our office to make this arrangement.
We encourage everyone on campus to use this system to report work required on campus. We especially encourage faculty to report problems in classrooms.
