The Today Show has an daily series to celebrate special fathers this week prior to Father’s Day. On Wednesday, the “Deserving Dad” was Hudson Valley Community College alumnus Brien Hollowood ’78, whose wife Cindy Doring Hollowood ’77 is on the Foundation Board of Directors. Congratulations to Brien, a lifelong Orioles fan, who got to travel with Al Roker to Camden Yards and announce the starting lineups at a recent game!

Brien is the executive director of Unlimited Potential in Saratoga Springs. Prior to that, he was the director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Albany Medical Center.
