We have a new health insurance option for you!
We have been approved to join the New York State Health Insurance Program [NYSHIP] as a participating agency.
For employees in a position that includes health insurance as a benefit, you now have another open enrollment period from Jan. 10 through Jan. 31, 2022 if you would like to join NYSHIP. This is an open period only for active employees wishing to join NYSHIP.

The plan costs, which vary by collective bargaining group, will be posted on the Human Resources site and in the Capital Benefits portal.
Please note, the effective date of enrollment for NYSHIP will be April 1, 2022. You may enroll on the CapBen portal anytime before the close of business on Jan. 31, 2022.
