Thank you to all who have donated a packed shoebox to this ministry. To all who have not yet heard of the ministry, please read the article below from the Chronicle (11/7).
As the angel proclaimed to the shepherds of Bethlehem, “Do not be afraid, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is Christ the Lord (Luke 2:10b-11, NIV).”
Operation Christmas Child demonstrates God’s love to impoverished children in a tangible way by partnering with churches worldwide to deliver gift-filled shoe boxes and the good news of Jesus Christ. Operation Christmas Child has brought hope to boys and girls in over 140 countries around the world.
National Collection Week for Operation Christmas Child is November 14-21. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to pack a shoe box for a child. I can provide you with a shoebox and the instructions for how to pack one.

My home church, Trinity Worship Christian Fellowship (http://trinityworship.org/), is a relay center for Operation Christmas Child. Just pack a shoebox and deliver it to me before Nov. 18, and I will bring it to Trinity to be forwarded on to a distribution center. You can even track where your shoe box is delivered to. Check out Operation Christmas Child’s website for more details.
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, Franklin Graham, President.
