Feb. 10 — Survey of Key Concepts in Leadership
During this session, we will do a survey of an abbreviated road map of Leadership Identity theories discussed in the preceding semester. We will revisit topics such as Social Identity, Situational Leadership Theory, Transformative Leadership and Leadership Identity Development. In addition, this lecture seeks to combine much of this material into several core concepts that will be useful in addressing issues in leadership that arise in the proceeding sessions.
