Training will begin very soon for NTP Excluded employees on Trakstar, the new software for performance evaluations.
Human Resources has received a number of calls from employees asking when they will be evaluated. The goal is to begin in January 2019. Supervisors will inform employees when evaluations are pending in their division.
HR will have a training session for managers and a training for employees. Again, these initial sessions will be only for NTP Excluded employees and senior staff. This is the pilot group; other employee classifications will be added in the new year.
