If you are planning on traveling by privately-owned vehicle to attend the Vikings final football game of the season on Saturday, Nov. 3 against Navy Prep in Newport, Rhode Island, please see the important information below on gaining base access. The required forms must be completed and returned ASAP or you will not be allowed to enter the base or watch the game.
All Vikings football parents, staff and fans planning to attend the game MUST complete the attached form and submit it ASAP to Coach Mike Muehling at m.muehling@hvcc.edu.
The Athletics Department will submit all of the forms in one collective email to Navy Prep.
All spectators will need to be vetted and placed on the access list for Saturday, Nov. 3. Each person must provide a government ID for base entry.
