If you have visiting family or friends that you need to accommodate this summer, my home will be available from June 23 – July 28.
I live in Troy in the Emma Willard School area. The house easily can accommodate two couples or a family of four to five. It is very spacious, with front and back porch, and a backyard for grilling, basketball and an inflatable pool for cooling off. (There’s also central air, but it’s not needed often as it’s nice and breezy with the windows open.)
For friends or family of the Hudson Valley Community College community only, a special rate of $100 to $200/per night is offered depending upon the number of occupants and length of stay.
