As a community, let’s keep the Viking Cupboard (food pantry) well-stocked for our students!
Join the annual competition among Academic Departments, Student Services Departments, the Student Senate and Student Organizations to raise donations and awareness of the college’s food pantry.
Here are the details:
- The challenge begins on Monday, Sept. 12 and ends Monday, May 8.
- Start a team within your department and collect non-perishable food items.
- Keep track of the number of items collected and bring them to the HVCC Cupboard weekly (or as often as possible).
- Student Activities will also keep track of the total number of items collected, and the team that collects and donates the most items will be crowned the winner.
- he winning team will be awarded the Giving Cup Trophy to proudly display in their office until next year’s challenge.
