Join the annual competition among Academic Departments, Student Services Departments, the Student Senate and Student Organizations to raise donations and awareness of the college’s food pantry.
Here are the details:
- The challenge began on Monday, Sept. 12 and ends Monday, May 8.
- Start a team within your department and collect non-perishable food items.
- Keep track of the number of items collected and bring them to the HVCC Cupboard weekly (or as often as possible).
- Student Activities will also keep track of the total number of items collected, and the team that collects and donates the most items will be crowned the winner.
- The winning team will be awarded the Giving Cup Trophy to proudly display in their office until next year’s challenge.
