Bulmer Telecommunications Center
This lecture opens the Fall 2022 Voices: A Library Series and is open free to all.

Fostering a workplace culture where individuals feel genuinely valued, respected and recognized as a part of the organization, is essential to a feeling of workplace belonging.

How do our day-to-day interactions, practices, and policies prevent the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives? Jacqueline Richardson-Melecio, LMSW, PhD, a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant to Capital Region businesses and organizations, will explore individual and organizational bias and its impact on workplace culture.
