Working on Wellness
Graham Healey, community program manager for the Mental Health Association of New York State, Inc., will lead an interactive program modeled by MHANYS. His presentation will create dialogue and educational opportunities for employers and individuals about the importance of understanding mental health in the workplace and in work force development. Attendees will develop:
- an understanding of mental health as an integral part of overall health,
- learn about a multi-dimensional approach to wellness in our daily lives,
- identify and explore simple techniques that can be utilized to enhance mental health.
