The server that hosts MachForm, the college’s main web form management system, will be undergoing scheduled maintenance Sunday, Dec. 13 from 9 to 11 a.m.
Web forms will be periodically unavailable over the course of the maintenance window. During these outages, anyone attempting to access a web form will be given a message to return after 11 a.m.
