Webinar on Nov. 14: Leading Change Efforts to Improve Campus Retention

Leading Change Efforts to Improve Campus Retention

For the past four years, SUNY Canton has worked to promote a “culture of student success and retention” using Kotter’s Change Model to support new and current retention efforts. This has resulted in moving the dial on the college’s success indicators (7% increase in retention; 13% increase in graduation). This presentation will focus on how the college used the principles of Kotter’s Change Model to initiate new ways of thinking about student success.

When: Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 11:30 a.m-1 p.m.
Where: BTC Meeting Room No. 2
Facilitator: Chrissy Smith
