The women’s basketball team (12-7) fell to Fulton-Montgomery Community College (17-3), 61-49, on Thursday afternoon.
The Vikings went on an 11-1 run to take a 36-35 lead in the second half, but the Raiders were too much down the stretch. Arianna Youngs (Lansingburgh/Troy) led the team recording a double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds, and Erica Houle (Shaker/Latham) added 17 points converting on five, three-point field goals.
The women’s next game is on Thursday, Feb. 2 at Clinton Community College at 6 p.m.
