The women’s bowling team finished second out of five teams and the men’s team finished third out of 10 teams at the Dutchess Community College Invitation on Saturday.
Rebecca Duncan (Clayton A. Bouton/Voorheesville) and Stephanie Schabhetl (Lansingburgh/Troy) finished second in doubles with an overall total of 916. Duncan was also the All-Events Champion with an overall total of 1024. Nicole Sheldon (Columbia/East Greenbush) finished first in singles with a 536 series. For the men, Bill Pulver (Colonie/Albany) and John Pulver (Colonie/Albany) won the doubles event with an overall total of 1286. Bill Pulver finished first in singles with a 647 series, and was also the All-Events Champion with an overall total of 1251.
The next tournament event for both teams is the Schenectady Invitational on Saturday, Feb.12 at Boulevard Bowl at 11:30 a.m.
