I write to invite all employees to attend a training session on the Physical Plant’s work order system. Through this system, you create requests for work to be performed by physical plant right from your computer. This system is user friendly. Those already familiar with the system may attend to have a “refresher” session.
Training classes will be held in BTC 1033 on Monday, Jan. 24 on the following times:
10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. or
2 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Please contact Tina Maloney at extension 7356 or t.maloney@hvcc.edu to sign up for one of these sessions. In order to use this sytem, you will need a user ID and a password. Please contact our office to make this arrangement.
We encourage everyone on campus to use this system to report work required on campus. We especially encourage faculty to report problems in classrooms.
