Workshop on disruptive student behavior

Wednesday, Sept. 16
1 – 2:30 p.m.
BTC Meeting Room 1

An area of concern for many educators is how to address problems generated by disruptive students. These students can be intimidating, attention demanding, abusing drugs during class, have undiagnosed psychological problems, use cell phones excessively, etc.

Many teachers are unprepared to deal with these and other issues and vulnerable to a wide range of consequences. This workshop will provide information that will aid in dealing with situations that regularly interfere with the learning process.
