The Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness (AIE) Committee met on Nov. 14, 2017, at 1 p.m. The meeting minutes are as follows:<\/p>\n
l. Middle States Update ll. Advisement Assessment \u2013 update \u2013 Student survey is out Dean survey \u2013 It was proposed that a Dean survey be conducted live as a focus group or small meeting of Deans vs. a paper process. Agreed by all.<\/p>\n Student survey \u2013 Was distributed to all students on Monday, Nov. 13.<\/p>\n III. \n<\/strong>Nothing new to report<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Advisor satisfaction survey was reviewed by the committee. Several modifications to the survey were proposed and adopted. A new question asking whether advisors always discuss career\/transfer opportunities was proposed. A revised survey will be available for the next meeting or before. The DC advisement survey was also discussed with revisions suggested.<\/p>\n
