{"id":10505,"date":"2018-02-05T14:51:15","date_gmt":"2018-02-05T19:51:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/join-weight-watchers-on-campus\/"},"modified":"2018-02-05T14:51:15","modified_gmt":"2018-02-05T19:51:15","slug":"join-weight-watchers-on-campus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/join-weight-watchers-on-campus\/","title":{"rendered":"Join Weight Watchers on campus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Human Resources has been asked by numerous employees if it&#8217;s possible to form a Weight Watchers group on campus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The answer is &#8220;yes&#8221; if 20 employees sign up by Thursday, Feb. 15!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s the number of participants needed for Weight Watchers to host a 12-week session on campus. The cost for the 12-week program is $156, which can be paid in three installments. (Please check with your health care provider, as some plans will contribute to the program cost.)<\/p>\n<p>Weekly meetings will be held Wednesdays beginning Feb. 21 through May 9 from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in the Wellness Center, located in Suite 270 in the Siek Campus Center.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/FACT-SHEET-WW-FREESTYLE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">program<\/a>\u00a0is open to both men and women, and now is the time to make some healthy changes that will help you feel your best!
