Recognition Ceremony for Who&#8217;s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Who\u2019s Who Nomination Committee announces that 57 students have received national recognition for outstanding academic and extracurricular\/community achievement.<\/p>\n<p>Please consider attending the ceremony and showing your support for these outstanding student leaders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This year\u2019s recognition ceremony will be held on Monday, Feb. 18, beginning at 3 p.m., in the Bulmer Telecommunications Center Auditorium. President Andrew Matonak and Vice President Carolyn Curtis will address the students being honored, their guests and members of the College community.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hudson Valley Community College is pleased to acknowledge the 57 students being recognized by <em>Who\u2019s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges<\/em>. The very competitive process for recognition includes, but is not limited to, earning a 3.2 or higher cumulative GPA, demonstrating leadership in voluntary extracurricular activities and\/or community service while enrolled at Hudson Valley Community College, and exhibiting potential for future achievement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">The 57 students being honored are:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>Owais Amjed, <\/strong><em>Invasive Cardiovascular Technology<\/em><strong><br \/>\nDevin M.
