(Rich) Rugenstein, an adjunct professor in the History, Philosophy and Social Sciences Department, will represent Hudson Valley Community College at\u00a0the 2018 Canadian History of Education Association &#8212; Association canadienne d\u2019histoire de l\u2019\u00e9ducation &#8212; Biennial Conference, Oct. 18-21, 2018 in\u00a0Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-83180 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/chea-logo-resl-300x109.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"109\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rugesntein&#8217;s paper is entitled\u00a0<em>The Historical Impact on Education Caused by Multiple Governmental Jurisdictions on Akwesasne <\/em>and is based on his book <em>Akwesasne, Divided by more than the St. Lawrence River,<\/em>\u00a0available through Amazon.
