All classes are free! No sign up is required, just show up! The location for both classes is room 192 in the McDonough Sports Complex.<\/p>\n<p><em>Remaining classes are:<br \/>\n<\/em><strong>Body Works Plus Abs<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Tuesdays, July 3 through July 24 &#8212; 4 to 5 p.m<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThis is a lightweight dumbbell workout done to the beat of the music. Burn calories as you move through a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone your body. You\u2019ll notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. A total body workout! Some small hand weights are available for use during class; you may want to bring your own plus a mat. Bring water! (50-55 minutes)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zumba\u00ae<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Thursdays, June 28 through July 26 &#8212; <span style=\"color: #000000;\">4:10 to<\/span> 5 p.m.<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>The start time is designed to accommodate those whose day ends at 4 p.m.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\nGet ready to party yourself into shape! Considered one of the best total body workouts and calorie-burners, this internationally popular, exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, dance fitness-party\u2122 will move YOU! Participants do not need to be good dancers or have previous dance experience. Just come with comfortable clothes, a positive attitude and a water! Lots of fun! (55-60 minutes)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Participants should wear comfortable, workout clothing and athletic (cross-training or running) shoes.
