His <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legacy.com\/obituaries\/timesunion-albany\/obituary.aspx?n=woodrow-j-maxwell&amp;pid=189350202\">obituary<\/a> appeared in Thursday&#8217;s Time Union.<\/p>\n<p>Those wishing to remember him, may donate to the Professor Woodrow J. and Karen S.
