However, this outage produced some critical information about our recent struggles and enabled us to identify what we believe to be the source of the problem.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, several new pieces of the Cogen&#8217;s communication system were replaced over the past two days, including a communication tap that we believe was the root cause of the power issues.
