This is a lightly-used “Commercial Cool” Portable Air Conditioner, 10,000 BTU that needs an outside window to vent the heat (more details here<\/a>). We use it for guests that are particularly heat-averse and now they don’t visit in the summer anymore. So, it is time for this beauty to find a new home.<\/p>\n
