Hudson Valley Community College is offering free, hands-on workshops on higher education financial aid, 6 – 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, in the college’s Bulmer Telecommunications Center first floor meeting rooms.<\/p>\n

The workshops are designed to assist families and students in understanding their financial aid eligibility and how to apply for federal\/state aid and scholarships. The college\u2019s financial aid staff will answer questions and help attendees file their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online.<\/p>\n

All families interested in learning about financial aid are welcome, not just those with students considering Hudson Valley Community College.<\/p>\n

Online event registration is requested at www.hvcc.edu\/finaid\/workshops<\/a>. A live webcast will be streamed from the same Web site during the event.<\/p>\n
