The required forms must be completed and returned ASAP or you will not be allowed to enter the base or watch the game.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All Vikings football parents, staff and fans planning to attend the game\u00a0MUST complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018-NAPS-Base-Access-Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">attached form<\/a> and submit it ASAP to\u00a0Coach Mike Muehling at <a href=\"mailto:m.muehling@hvcc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m.muehling@hvcc.edu<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Athletics Department will submit all of the forms in one collective email to Navy Prep.<\/p>\n<p>All spectators will need to be vetted and placed on the access list for Saturday, Nov. 3.
