Fortunately, you can go a long way toward avoiding problems when taking tests in Blackboard if you\u00a0follow this Top-10 List of Blackboard Test-Taking Tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear your browser history and cache before taking a test (<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.hvcc.edu\/dl\/?p=9185\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>How do I do that?<\/strong><\/em><\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t have multiple\u00a0Bb\u00a0sessions open at the same time. Log out of\u00a0Bb\u00a0and log back in before\u00a0taking your test, so that you start the test with a new\u00a0Bb\u00a0session.<\/li>\n<li>Use a wired internet connection, rather than a wireless connection.<\/li>\n<li>Use a computer, rather than a mobile device, when taking a test in Bb (unless your instructor confirms that the test is mobile-compatible).<\/li>\n<li>Use\u00a0FireFox\u00a0when taking a test in\u00a0Bb.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your browser window is maximized.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t have multiple tabs open in your browser.<\/li>\n<li>Try not to have other applications open when you take tests in Bb.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for the test to load on the page before selecting\/entering answers.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you review the test results page that appears after submitting your test to confirm that the test submission was successful and to review any feedback your instructor may have provided. You can also print this screen for your records\u00a0using your browser print feature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Many variables can contribute to you encountering online test taking issues. It\u2019s just the nature of the online environment.
