The campus community is cordially invited to join Leecia Eve, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s deputy secretary for economic development, for a presentation and discussion on the topic of Tax-Free NY<\/a> at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 30 in the Exhibition Room (204) in the Siek Campus Center.<\/p>\n Ms. Eve’s visit was announced by Nicholas Cappon, the Governor’s special assistant for regional affairs.<\/p>\n Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo<\/a> announced a plan last week to turn large parts of the state university system into \u201ctax-free\u201d havens for new businesses opening on their campuses.
