Speak Off Competition<\/strong> Prepare a 3 to 4 minute original speech on the topic “Free Enterprise:\u00a0 Why it is Essential for Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs?”<\/p>\n Win $100 at the Hudson Valley Community College competition and then travel to SUNY Plattsburgh to compete against 10 other colleges for an $800 prize in the Free Enterprise Marathon. A total of $14,000 in prizes will be awarded.<\/p>\n Hudson Valley students usually perform well at the regional competition. This competition is open to ALL students. Teams with students from various degree programs perform best.
