All classes are free! No sign up is required, just show up! New participants always are welcome!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Body Works Plus Abs &#8212; AMZ 306<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Tuesdays &#8212; 4:40 to 5:20 p.m.<br \/>\n<\/strong>This is a lightweight dumbbell workout done to the beat of the music. Burn calories as you move through a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone your body. You\u2019ll notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. A total body workout! Bring your own hand weights (or work without) plus a mat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zumba\u00ae &#8212; AMZ 306<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Thursdays &#8212; 4:40 to 5:30 p.m.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Get ready to party yourself into shape! Considered one of the best total body workouts and calorie-burners, this internationally popular, exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, dance fitness-party\u2122 will move YOU! Participants do not need to be good dancers or have previous dance experience. Just come with a positive attitude and plan to have fun!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Participants in either class should wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic (cross-training or running) shoes.
