Since there is no Body Works class on Tuesday this week, Vice President MaryAnn Janosik will offer another “mash up” class featuring both Zumba\u00ae and the light hand weight workout at 4:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 in AMZ 306.<\/p>\n
The combined class — planned to be about 40% Body Works and 60% Zumba\u00ae — offers a great opportunity for anyone who’s not yet attended one of these drop-in fitness classes. Come try it out! Please bring hand weights (or work without); no mat is needed.<\/p>\n
Everyone is invited to join these fun workouts that are geared for all fitness levels; you work at your own pace. All classes are free! No sign up is required, just show up!<\/p>\n

\nTuesdays — 4:35 to 5:20 p.m.
\n<\/strong>This is a lightweight dumbbell workout done to the beat of the music. Burn calories as you move through a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone your body. You\u2019ll notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. A total body workout! Some small hand weights are available for use during class. You may want to bring your own plus a mat.<\/p>\n
