A total of 16 volunteers including administrators, public safety, faculty, and staff took part.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop was facilitated by Ainsley Thomas, chief diversity officer, and Zo\u00eb O\u2019Brey, technical assistant to the CDO in conjunction with Kathleen McLean and Markeia Robinson from the McLean Consulting Group. Additional contributors to the workshop included Dr. Paul Calarco, Chrissy Smith, and Andy Roberts.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cEmbracing Diversity Workshop Cohort\u201d seeks to promote awareness and respect by fostering opportunities to advance inclusion and engagement throughout our diverse college community.
