The goal of the exercise was to solicit input from the committee that could be passed on to Dr. Miller of Campus Labs for consideration\/inclusion into the next draft.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Geehan enumerated the six Strategic Plan Priorities and moderated discussion of them.\u00a0 They are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commit to Student Success<\/li>\n<li>Enhance Academic programming<\/li>\n<li>Optimize Enrollment<\/li>\n<li>Encourage Staff and Faculty Excellence<\/li>\n<li>Expand Partnerships and Community Engagement<\/li>\n<li>Reinvigorate Campus Culture and Nourish Infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pertinent input from the committee was gathered by Dr. Geehan and forwarded to Dr. Miller of Campus Labs for inclusion in the next Strategic Plan draft.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was adjourned at 2PM.<\/p>\n<p>The next meeting is May 21, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequent meetings are to be scheduled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AIE Members<\/strong><br \/>\nMargaret M.
