Jon&#8217;s phone number is (518) 629-7173.<\/li>\n<li>Copy <strong>catering@hvcc.edu<\/strong> on your email.<\/li>\n<li>Please reach out to Jon at least <strong>one week prior<\/strong> to your event with the event location, date, time, guest count, and menu choices. The PRIME at HVCC catering menu can be found by <a href=\"https:\/\/racafes.compass-usa.com\/HVCC\/Documents\/HVCC%20Catering%20Menu%20-%20August%202017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">clicking here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prior to the end of May, please do not hesitate to reach out to Jessica Henesy &#8212; <a href=\"mailto:j.henesy@hvcc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">j.henesy@hvcc.edu<\/a>\/518-629-7174 &#8212; regarding upcoming events, to finalize any event details, or with any other questions.
