The 2019 event on Sunday, June 30 will be the culmination of a month-long observance marking the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUNY Pride Student Workshops and Block Party in NYC<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Friday, June 21<\/strong><br \/>\nAs part of the month-long celebration in NYC, SUNY Pride will host a full day of activities for all students and the general public. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suny.edu\/pride\/nyc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">click here<\/a> for more information. The day includes a keynote session featuring DJ Zeke Thomas, and panelists Martin Dresner, Binghamton University Alumni; Jerome Lamaar, FIT Alumni; Robyn Ochs, Binghamton University Alumni, and Courtney D\u2019Allaird, University at Albany Alumni. (Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/suny-pride-keynote-sessions-tickets-61067589805\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">click here<\/a> to register.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>NYC\/WORLD PRIDE 2019<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Sunday, June 30<\/strong><br \/>\nFor the first time in its 20-year history, <a href=\"https:\/\/2019-worldpride-stonewall50.nycpride.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WorldPride<\/a>, the global celebration of LGBTQI+ issues, will take place in the United States. More than three million people are expected to participate in the month-long event the will coincide with NYC Pride march (on June 30) and the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising (June 28-July 1, 1969).
