Join your colleagues\u00a0to learn valuable skills that will make the college a safer and more secure workplace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REMINDER: Only those who have pre-registered may attend lunch<\/strong>. Lunch will be held in the Siek Campus Center, 2nd Floor at noon and 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workshop #1 \/ Emergency Preparedness<\/strong><br \/>\n9:30-10:30 a.m. &amp; 10:45-11:45 a.m.<br \/>\nLocation: SCI 120<br \/>\nPresented by: Fred Aliberti and Rich Edwards<br \/>\nA team presentation by members of the college&#8217;s emergency preparedness group will highlight what staff members need to know in a crisis situation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workshop #2 \/ Stryker Chair and Fire Safety Training<\/strong><br \/>\n9:30-10:30 a.m.<br \/>\nLocation: SCI 105<br \/>\nPresented by: Laurie Vivekanand and Maxine Ortiz<br \/>\nExperience hands-on training in the use of the Stryker evacuation chairs, which are used to assist those with mobility problems in an emergency.
