This approach requires centering the needs of those burdened by multiple intersections of oppression while DE-centering the needs of those with the most societal privilege.<\/p>\n<p>Privileged groups \u2013 including, but not limited to, white, male, straight, cisgender, and\/or able-bodied individuals \u2013 are prone to stifle and resist initiatives not directly addressing their priorities.
