{"id":13382,"date":"2019-11-12T12:55:31","date_gmt":"2019-11-12T17:55:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/workforce-developments-revit-intermediate-starts-jan-13\/"},"modified":"2019-11-12T12:55:31","modified_gmt":"2019-11-12T17:55:31","slug":"workforce-developments-revit-intermediate-starts-jan-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/workforce-developments-revit-intermediate-starts-jan-13\/","title":{"rendered":"Workforce Development\u2019s Revit\u00ae- Intermediate starts Jan. 13"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Revit\u00ae- Intermediate course is designed for students who have completed Introduction to Revit\u00ae or who already possess basic knowledge of Revit\u00ae software.<\/p>\n<p>Training topics include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating office templates<\/li>\n<li>Custom title blocks<\/li>\n<li>Presentation drawings<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration features available in Revit\u00ae Architecture 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not as fast-paced as the introductory course, this intermediate course will focus more on the daily office environment use of Revit\u00ae, so students can immediately apply what is learned in class to their workplace. During the course, students will also work together on a small commercial project.<\/p>\n<p>Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to manipulate through Revit\u00ae, using intermediate skills to develop a set of construction documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerequisites:<\/strong>\u00a0Minimum 10th-grade reading and math skills; computer skills, including familiarity with navigating the Windows operating system.
