Please go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capben.com\/hvcc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.capben.com\/hvcc<\/a> to enroll or make any changes.<\/p>\n<p>Rates and plan descriptions and associated regulatory changes of interest are available in the Capital Benefits portal as well as on the Human Resources website.<\/p>\n<p>If you are happy with your current Health Insurance plan, you do not need to do anything for it to continue. However, <strong>the Flex 125 plan requires an annual election<\/strong>. If you had a 2019 account and would like one in 2020, you must fill out a new enrollment form by Dec. 31.
