Banner was available by 7 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The only anticipated impact for Banner users is that Banner now has a new url. This means if you have a saved bookmark for Banner, you will receive an error when you try to access Banner using the bookmark.<\/p>\n<p>To get to Banner:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please navigate to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/internal-employees\/banner.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/internal-employees\/banner.html<\/a> (save this page as your new bookmark)<\/li>\n<li>Log in with your username and password<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Banner 9 (PROD) link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you experience any issues, please open a ticket <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/its\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on ITS Service Request Ticket System<\/li>\n<li>Log in with your username and password<\/li>\n<li>Click Submit a Support Ticket on the upper left side<\/li>\n<li>Complete the form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8212; Ticket product = Banner\/WIReD<br \/>\n&#8212; Enter Title<br \/>\n&#8212; Enter specific description of the issue you are experiencing<\/p>\n<p>Thank you in advance for your attention to the above.<\/p>\n<p>Kathy<\/p>\n<p>Kathleen A.
