The training is voluntary and will include themes such as;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What is Diversity?<\/li>\n<li>Microaggressions<\/li>\n<li>Implicit Bias<\/li>\n<li>Difficult Conversations<\/li>\n<li>Identity Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants will review and discuss the book \u201cWhy Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria\u201d by Beverly Daniel Tatum.
