Faculty who complete the workshop are eligible to receive a $100 stipend from the SUNY OER initiative award. Join more than one hundred colleagues who have completed the workshop.<\/p>\n<p>In Fall 2019, estimated student savings from faculty OER adoption exceeded $250,000. While funding is available, faculty who complete successful proposals to adopt or compile OER will receive an additional stipend &#8212; this opportunity will be reviewed at the workshop.<\/p>\n<p>Register for the program using the <a href=\"https:\/\/libcal.hvcc.edu\/event\/6420957\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online registration form<\/a>. (Please first obtain permission from your department chair to participate.) The program will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 1:30 &#8211; 4:30 p.m. in the Marvin Library multipurpose room. <strong>Please note<\/strong>: This event follows the Faculty Workshop Day activities earlier in the day and requires separate registration.
