Degree Applications are on the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/registrar\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Registrar&#8217;s Office webpage<\/a> and must be approved by an academic advisor.
