The transformer is showing signs of potential failure that warrants replacement to avoid an unplanned outage in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>This replacement will affect power to 11 buildings on campus: Higbee, Lang, Haas, Siek Campus Center, Fitzgibbons, Brahan, Guenther, Administration, BTC and the parking garage.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no impact to off-campus access during or after the work. A few people to be affected by the outage are being notified directly by ITS.<\/p>\n<p>Weather permitting, the work will begin at 7 a.m.\u00a0and take about six hours to complete.
