It totals just under 90 million dollars ($89,659,689), a reduction of 8.6% ($8,481,335) from the current fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p>Importantly, and in the interest of maintaining affordability for our students and easing financial obstacles to enrollment, the budget freezes tuition and fees at $2,400 per semester, the same amount it was in 2019-2020.<\/p>\n<p>The legislature also approved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/about\/leadership\/board-of-trustees\/agenda-minutes\/2020-06-23.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">resolutions<\/a> for the renovation of Lang Hall, part of the college\u2019s new facilities master plan.
