Participants in the workshop represented students, faculty, and administrators. We examined systemic inequities in: criminal justice, housing, education, health care, and economic disparities. The following are some of the quotes from the participants.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;The relevance, organization and credibility of information presented were unsurpassed, and this workshop helped me understand things I thought I\u2019d never understand. I think you should develop this into a standardized training program that could be adopted nationwide.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Most of all, I appreciated the thoughtfulness that was put into each week&#8217;s topic, as well as the overall structure and content. Each week we were provided CURRENT inforamtion that was engaging and from a variety of sources and modalities (e.g. film, readings, YouTube, etc.).&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;All aspects are great. This should be a class on campus.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Hearing personal experiences always brings a topic into keen focus, so that&#8217;s important. As is learning about resources and tools that I can utilize going forward.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the fall, ODEI will be offering another five-week workshop through Community Education.
